Steps to Hard Drive Partition

Here are the steps to partition the hard drives On Windows Without Using Software :

• Click Start and type Computer Management, then press Enter.

• Open the sub directory Disk Management under Storage.

• Right-click on a partition that will be partitioned, click Shrink Volume.

• Enter the volume to be created, for example, enter 5000 which is equivalent to 5 GB.

• Right-click the volume you have selected and click New Simple Volume.

• Appear a box of New Simple Volume Wizard, click Next.

• Click Next.

• Select the drive, for example drive J. Then click Next.

• Select the file system, NTFS / FAT32, for example NTFS system and enter the name of the drive volume label.

• Then click Next and wait for the process to finish.

Congratulations, the partition of your hard drive has increased. Now you can save the file you want to split your files without fear mixed with other files.
